Core Responsibilities:
- Beverage Preparation:Making and serving coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Customer Service:Greeting customers, taking orders, providing menu recommendations, and handling payments.
- Equipment Operation:Safely and efficiently operating espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other brewing equipment.
- Maintaining Cleanliness:Ensuring the work area, including workstations and customer seating areas, is clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management:Restocking supplies like cups, lids, and ingredients, as well as potentially placing orders for new supplies.
- Cash Handling:Accurately processing transactions and handling cash and card payments.
- Teamwork:Collaborating with other baristas and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Customer Education:Informing customers about menu items, brewing methods, and coffee blends.
Additional Responsibilities (may vary by establishment):
- Food Preparation: Assisting with basic food preparation tasks like making sandwiches or preparing pastries.
- Training: Potentially training new baristas or assisting with staff onboarding.
- Drive-Thru Operations: Managing a drive-thru window, if the establishment has one.
- Upselling/Promotions: Suggesting new items or promotions to customers.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per hour
