1.Quality Assurance Management
* Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).
* Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, GHP, SOPs, and FSSAI regulations.
* Review and update quality procedures, specifications, and work instructions.
* Establish quality objectives and monitor their achievement.
2. Quality Control Operations
* Monitor inspection and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
* Approve or reject materials and products based on established quality standards.
* Ensure calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
* Analyze quality reports and identify areas for improvement.
3. Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance
* Lead implementation and maintenance of Food Safety Management Systems.
* Ensure compliance with FSSAI, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and statutory requirements.
* Monitor hygiene, sanitation, pest control, and environmental monitoring programs.
* Conduct risk assessments and HACCP reviews.
4. Audit Management
* Plan and conduct internal audits.
* Coordinate customer, certification, and regulatory audits.
* Ensure closure of audit observations through CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
* Maintain audit records and compliance documentation.
5. Customer Complaint Management
* Investigate customer complaints and product quality issues.
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
* Monitor complaint trends and develop preventive measures.
* Coordinate with Operations and Retail Teams for timely resolution.
6. Supplier Quality Management
* Evaluate and approve suppliers and vendors.
* Monitor incoming material quality and supplier performance.
* Conduct supplier audits and quality assessments.
* Ensure raw materials meet approved specifications.
7. Team Management & Training
* Lead and supervise QA/QC Executives and Lab Technicians.
* Conduct training programs on food safety, hygiene, GMP, and quality systems.
* Evaluate team performance and identify development needs.
* Promote a strong food safety culture across the organization.
8. Documentation & Reporting
* Maintain quality records, inspection reports, CAPA records, and audit reports.
* Prepare monthly quality performance reports and management review presentations.
* Ensure proper document control and record retention practices.
9. Continuous Improvement
* Analyze quality trends, deviations, and non-conformities.
* Lead quality improvement projects to reduce wastage and customer complaints.
* Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Procurement, and R&D for process improvements.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
