About the Role
We are looking for a developer with 1+ year of experience in Python backend development and hands-on experience with FastAPI.
FastAPI is an important part of our backend technology stack, so candidates with experience mainly in Django, Flask, or other Python frameworks without FastAPI experience may not be suitable for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Python and FastAPI.
- Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code.
- Work with databases, SQL, and ORM technologies.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into backend solutions.
- Debug and resolve backend issues.
- Develop secure and reliable APIs for fintech applications.
- Work closely with frontend developers, testers, and other team members.
- Optimize backend performance and improve existing services.
- Participate in code reviews and follow good development practices.
Requirements
- 1+ year of professional experience in Python backend development.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Python fundamentals and OOP.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and API development.
- Experience working with databases and SQL.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming is preferred.
- Good logical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand requirements and develop practical backend solutions.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: From ₹325,000.00 per month
