About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated and technically strong graduates who are passionate about building a career in Cloud Infrastructure, Networking, and Cybersecurity. This internship provides an opportunity to work alongside experienced cloud and security professionals on enterprise-level infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Azure.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical fundamentals in cloud computing, networking, and security and be eager to learn enterprise technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
- Support provisioning and administration of Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts, Load Balancers, and other Azure services.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure health, availability, and performance.
- Participate in infrastructure deployment, migration, and optimization activities.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining security best practices across Azure environments.
- Support identity and access management activities using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Work with networking teams on LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, switching, and connectivity issues.
- Assist in configuring and troubleshooting Palo Alto firewalls, including security policies, NAT rules, VPNs, and security profiles.
- Monitor infrastructure and security alerts and support incident investigation and resolution.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and deployment guides.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Learn and follow ITIL processes, security standards, and organizational best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum CGPA: 8.0 (Mandatory).
- Fresh graduates who have completed their degree are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
