KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own marketplace management across Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, and any other platforms Ikoho sells on. Manage end-to-end cataloguing — listing creation, product descriptions, pricing, and content accuracy across platforms.
Coordinate product photography and visual content requirements for listings, ensuring brand and platform standards are met. Track and manage inventory across online channels, ensuring stock accuracy and avoiding stockouts or overselling.
Monitor marketplace-specific performance (visibility, conversion, returns, ratings) and take corrective action where needed. Plan and oversee ad spend across marketplaces (Amazon Ads, Myntra Ads, etc.), tracking ROAS and adjusting budgets by channel/listing.
Coordinate with the warehouse/operations team to ensure smooth order fulfilment across all online channels. Stay on top of each marketplace's policies, seasonal calendars, and platform-specific growth opportunities (deals, ads placements, badges, etc.).
Work with the brand and design teams to ensure listings are visually and contextually aligned with brand positioning. Report on channel-wise sales, inventory health, and catalogue issues on a regular cadence.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
3-5+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce/marketplace management, specifically across Shopify, Amazon, and Myntra. Prior experience working with a lifestyle brand, ideally with higher-AOV products (not mass-market/commodity categories).
Strong working knowledge of cataloguing — listings, product content, pricing, and image/content requirements per platform. Solid understanding of e-commerce inventory tracking and how it ties into catalogue and fulfilment accuracy.
Comfortable working with marketplace seller dashboards/back-ends directly (not just briefing someone else to do it), including marketplace ad spend (Amazon Ads, Myntra Ads, etc.) and how it ties into listing performance. Detail-oriented — this role is catalogue- and data-heavy, and small errors have direct revenue impact.
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
