BSB Home is one of India's fastest-growing home furnishing brands, selling across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and our own Shopify website. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Shopify Website Manager to own and scale our D2C website experience.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Shopify Website Manager who will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing our Shopify store. The ideal candidate should have experience with Shopify, website merchandising, product management, conversion optimization, and customer experience. This role requires someone who can work independently and continuously improve the website to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Shopify website.
- Upload and manage products, collections, pricing, and inventory.
- Create and optimize landing pages for new launches, campaigns, and seasonal sales.
- Ensure the website is updated with banners, offers, and promotional content.
- Optimize product pages for higher conversion rates.
- Coordinate with designers for website creatives and campaign assets.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates.
- Manage Shopify apps, integrations, and third-party tools.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Work with the marketing team on email campaigns, discount codes, and promotional activities.
- Monitor website analytics using Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity.
- Identify customer journey issues and continuously improve the shopping experience.
- Perform regular website audits to ensure all pages, products, and links are functioning correctly.
- Stay updated with Shopify features and D2C e-commerce best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Shopify websites.
- Strong understanding of Shopify Admin and Online Store customization.
- Experience with Shopify themes, apps, and integrations.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for Shopify.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Shopify Analytics.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and project coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
- Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads tracking.
- Experience working with D2C consumer brands.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience and expertise).
