Job Title: Operation Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Operation Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily operational activities in construction projects by coordinating between site teams, management, vendors, and clients. The role ensures smooth workflow, proper documentation, and timely execution of project tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate daily operations between site and office teams
· Assist in planning and scheduling project activities
· Track project progress and update status reports
· Maintain project documentation (BOQ, drawings, contracts, reports)
· Follow up with vendors and suppliers for materials and deliveries
· Support quantity surveying and estimation tasks
· Assist in billing, invoicing, and cost tracking
· Ensure proper communication among all stakeholders
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
· Coordinate meetings and maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
· Ensure compliance with company procedures and project timelines
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2-5 years of experience with Builders.
- Basic knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Estimation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and AutoCAD (basic)
- Good communication and coordination skills

Salary
₹25,000 (based on experience)
Preferred Profile:
- Candidates with exposure to QS and estimation
- Willingness to work on-site and coordinate with multiple teams

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
