Job Description:-
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor cum Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, including videos, graphics, social media creatives, promotional materials, and marketing assets. The candidate should possess strong editing skills, creativity, and the ability to deliver high-quality content within deadlines.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, websites, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and internal communications.
- Add transitions, animations, motion graphics, text, background music, sound effects, and color correction to enhance video quality.
- Create reels, shorts, promotional videos, testimonial videos, and corporate videos.
- Optimize videos according to platform specifications (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Organize and maintain video files and project archives.
Graphic Designing
- Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, standees, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Create branding materials while maintaining the company's visual identity.
- Develop creative concepts for digital and print campaigns.
- Edit and retouch images for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Design infographics, email creatives, and website graphics.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with the HR, Sales, and other departments to understand creative requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
- Ensure all creative content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in video editing and graphic design (experience requirement may vary based on company needs).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both video editing and graphic design work is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in photography or videography.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design.
- Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- May require occasional travel for video shoots and event coverage.
- Flexibility to work on urgent campaigns or projects when required.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
