1. Strong knowledge of property laws, land revenue records.
2. Preparing the title flow by scrutinizing documents related to the properties which the company proposed to either acquire or development.
3. Identify title defects, missing links, or discrepancies and assist in rectification.
4. Raise document checklists for missing records and follow up with agents for completion.
5. Verify latest RTC status to ensure accuracy of land details and absence of legal disputes.
6. Collect and verify original land documents from landowners/agents.
7. Check for Phodi (subdivision) issues and report discrepancies immediately.
8. Assist in drafting of Agreements that include JDA/ GPA, Sale Deeds, Agreements, MOU, Contacts, Work Order and Society registration etc. for real estate.
9. Ensure all drafts are accurate, complete and legally compliant before finalization.
10. Assist in all the matters that require legal intervention.
11. Once all documents are received from agents as per our checklists, drafting of Sale Agreements/GPA or Sale Deed and other conveyance instruments as required.
12. Confirm details of Executant and Claimant (Seller & Purchaser), survey number, and land extent before initiating registration.
13. Coordinate for land survey and verification of physical possession and measurements.
14. Ensure all required documents (including ID proofs) are collected prior to registration.
15. Assist in completing pre-registration formalities, including public notice and site board placement where required.
16. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of legal and registration activities.
17. Update work status regularly in the Registration Dashboard.
Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by Management/Directors.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
