RESPONSIBILITIES
– Drive excellent review scores on Booking.com, Agoda, MMT, and Google — this is a core part of the job
– Own every guest interaction from arrival to departure and ensure a great experience
– Monitor, respond to, and act on all guest reviews consistently
– Oversee all front office operations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
– 3–5 years in front office operations, preferably at a boutique property
– Proven ability to improve OTA review scores
– Hands-on with a Property Management System (PMS)
– Strong English communication; warm, composed, and solutions-focused
WHAT WE OFFER
– ₹50,000 per month + performance incentive
