Role – This role requires to lead the assigned branch by effective planning & management of resources and ensuring achievement of agreed business targets through effective sales strategies to help the branch lead in terms of market share and brand equity in a cost-effective manner. Branch Heads to solicit business through a team of BDMs Advisors or Agency Partners. The role also ensures effective engagement with the partners concerned and the building of relationships with them.
Profile:
- At least 5 years of proven success in field sales in a team handing role , preferably in the life insurance sector
Experience in Agency sales and experience of building and managing a team of advisors is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close and overcome objections.
In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends
Proactive and self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
