Bartender

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our resto-bar team. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and beers while delivering outstanding customer service. The bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
* Mix cocktails and mocktails with consistency and quality.
* Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
* Recommend beverages based on guest preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
* Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Bar Supervisor or F&B Manager.
* Ensure proper storage of beverages and bar supplies.
* Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
* Follow responsible alcohol service practices and comply with local excise regulations.
* Coordinate with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or resto-bar. Freshers can apply.
* Good knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and bar equipment.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience using POS systems is an advantage.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Knowledge of English is preferred; Hindi is an added advantage.
