Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Service Technician to join our team in Madurai. The ideal candidate should have basic to good knowledge of electrical systems and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site service and technical support to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical/service-related issues
- Ensure timely completion of assigned service calls
- Maintain service records and reports
- Represent the company professionally at customer locations
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems is mandatory
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Willingness to travel for field service work
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be reliable and responsible
