Position: Tea Shop Helper
Location: Yelahanka New Town, Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing tea, coffee, and other beverages.
- Help with basic food preparation (snacks, sandwiches, etc., if required).
- Wash utensils and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
- Keep the shop clean, including tables, counters, and surrounding area.
- Refill ingredients and stock as needed.
- Serve customers politely and efficiently.
- Assist with opening and closing the shop.
- Support the owner with day-to-day shop operations.
Requirements
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
- Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic communication skills in Kannada. Tamil, Telugu, or Hindi is an added advantage.
Working Hours
- 8 to 10 hours per day (shift timing will be discussed during the interview).
- One weekly off (as per mutual agreement).
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
- Performance-based salary increase after the probation period.
