Sales Manager – Real Estate
Location: Silvassa
Department: Sales & Marketing
Experience Required: Minimum 5 to 8 Years in Real Estate Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle sales of residential and commercial projects.
- Lead and manage the sales team.
- Generate new leads through site visits, references, brokers, and marketing activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Attend client meetings and explain project details.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide proper follow-up.
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams.
- Prepare sales reports and market analysis.
- Handle booking, documentation, and closing process.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of real estate market and property sales.
- Team handling experience required.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Email).
Qualification:
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
Candidate Profile:
- Smart personality with professional behavior.
- Fluent in Hindi and basic English communication.
- Strong leadership and client handling skills.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
