Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with 2–3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring clinical, non-clinical, and corporate roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, non-clinical, and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Work closely with various managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and talent databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding with the HR team.
- Involve in Employee Engagement activities
- Onboarding and Training
- Assist in HR operations wherever needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare hiring preferred.
- Experience hiring nurses, coordinators, and corporate support functions is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
