An Art & Craft Teacher inspires students to explore creativity, develop fine motor skills, and express themselves through various mediums. They design age-appropriate curricula, teach foundational techniques in drawing, painting, and sculpting, and manage classroom inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Planning: Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans covering color theory, sketching, paper craft, clay modeling, and mixed media.
- Instruction & Support: Provide hands-on demonstrations and one-on-one guidance to help students refine their artistic techniques and boost their confidence.
- Resource Management: Organize and maintain classroom supplies, ensure the safe handling of tools, and monitor inventory.
- Student Evaluation: Assess student progress, create portfolios, and provide constructive feedback to foster artistic growth.
- Event Coordination: Prepare student artwork for school exhibitions, cultural programs, and regional competitions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
