Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft MDM & Endpoint Protection Expert to design, implement, manage, and optimize enterprise endpoint management and security solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Defender, Endpoint Security, and device compliance management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
The role involves securing corporate endpoints, enforcing compliance policies, automating device lifecycle management, and ensuring a robust security posture across the organization's digital workplace.
Key ResponsibilitiesMobile Device Management (MDM)
- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune for enterprise mobility management.
- Configure device enrollment, provisioning, compliance policies, and conditional access.
- Manage Windows Autopilot deployments and device lifecycle processes.
- Implement Mobile Application Management (MAM) and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policies.
- Administer multi-platform endpoint management including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
Endpoint Security & Protection
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Configure endpoint security policies, attack surface reduction rules, and threat protection controls.
- Monitor endpoint security alerts and investigate security incidents.
- Implement vulnerability management and endpoint remediation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.
Identity & Access Management
- Integrate endpoint management with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Configure Conditional Access policies and Zero Trust security controls.
- Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and identity protection measures.
- Manage role-based access controls and privileged access management.
Automation & Reporting
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell.
- Generate compliance, security, and operational reports.
- Monitor device health, patch compliance, and endpoint performance.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with IT Infrastructure, Security, and Cloud teams.
- Provide L2/L3 support for endpoint management and security issues.
- Participate in security audits and compliance assessments.
- Assist in technology evaluations and endpoint modernization initiatives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
