Job Summary
The Good Skin Project is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our aesthetic and dermatology clinic. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth clinic operations, deliver an exceptional patient experience, lead the clinic team, and maintain the highest standards of service, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Supervise front office executives, therapists, nurses, and support staff.
- Ensure seamless patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up coordination.
- Handle patient queries, concerns, and escalations while maintaining high patient satisfaction.
- Oversee billing, cash handling, invoicing, and daily financial reporting.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies.
- Monitor inventory of medicines, consumables, and clinic supplies, and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Drive patient retention, membership programs, and support marketing initiatives to increase clinic footfall.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate clinic staff to maintain service excellence.
- Coordinate with doctors and management to optimize clinic performance and achieve business targets.

Candidates with experience in Dermatology, Aesthetic, Cosmetic, Skin & Hair Clinics, Dental Clinics, Wellness Centres, or Multi-specialty Healthcare Clinics will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
