We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Manager – FTL Sales to drive business development and revenue growth across the region. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FTL (Full Truck Load) Sales, excellent industry connections, and the ability to build and manage key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive FTL sales and business development for the assigned region.
- Develop new business opportunities and acquire key clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve regional sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Develop and manage a strong customer base within the transport and logistics industry.
- Identify market opportunities and expand the company's FTL business.
- Lead negotiations with key clients and close high-value business deals.
- Coordinate with operations and other internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business relationships.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and market insights to management.
Candidate Requirements
- FTL Sales experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in Transport / Logistics companies.
- Good understanding of the FTL transportation market and customer requirements.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Strong industry network and client-handling capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Candidate should be well-presented, confident, and professional.
- Graduate preferred; MBA is an added advantage.
- Candidates, age not above 45 years.
- Candidates based in Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
