Maintenance Manager – Spinning Mill
Location: Kadi, Gujarat

Job Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager – Spinning Mill to lead the complete Mechanical, Electrical & Utility Maintenance function and ensure high machine availability, minimum breakdowns, optimum maintenance cost and uninterrupted production.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage preventive, predictive, breakdown and corrective maintenance of the complete spinning mill.
- Handle maintenance of Blow Room, Carding, Draw Frame, Comber, Simplex, Ring Frame, Autoconer/Winding and associated equipment.
- Manage HT/LT systems, transformers, PCC/MCC panels, VFDs, motors and electrical distribution.
- Ensure reliable operation of compressors, chillers, humidification plant, DG sets and other utilities.
- Monitor machine availability, breakdown hours, MTBF, MTTR and PM compliance.
- Conduct RCA/CAPA for major and repetitive breakdowns.
- Plan maintenance budgets, critical spares, AMC and service contracts.
- Lead and develop maintenance engineers, supervisors, electricians, fitters and technicians.
- Drive TPM, 5S, energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with LOTO, electrical/mechanical safety and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, Stores, Purchase and Plant Operations.
Must-Have Experience
- 10–15+ years of maintenance experience in a cotton spinning mill.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of spinning machinery, electrical systems and plant utilities.
- Proven experience managing a maintenance team.
- Strong troubleshooting and breakdown-analysis capability.
- Experience in maintenance planning, spare management and cost control.
