POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for experienced real estate sales professionals who can effectively manage the
complete sales cycle - from lead qualification and client consultation to site visits, negotiations, and
closures.
The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with investors, end-users, and channel partners
while maintaining a consultative approach to sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Engage with inbound and outbound leads generated through the company's marketing
channels.
– Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
– Conduct project presentations, consultations, and site visits.
– Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
– Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
– Coordinate with developers regarding inventory, pricing, and project updates.
– Negotiate and close transactions while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
– Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
– Contribute to business growth through networking, referrals, and market outreach activities.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
– 3+ years of experience in real estate sales.
– Strong understanding of residential, commercial, luxury, plotted, and investment real estate.
– Proven ability to convert inquiries into bookings.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
– Professional, self-motivated, and target-driven.
– Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales processes.
– Experience selling premium or luxury real estate projects is preferred.
MARKETS & PROJECTS
The role involves selling projects across: Gurugram, Delhi NCR, Noida, Punjab, Mumbai, Goa,
Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Dubai.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH
Fixed Salary (Based on Experience)
– 3 - 4 years of experience: ₹50,000+ per month
– 5+ years of experience: ₹1,00,000+ per month
– 8+ years of experience: ₹1,50,000+ per month

PREFERRED BACKGROUND
Candidates with experience in real estate advisory, developer sales, luxury residential sales,

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
