About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to take on the role of Project Manager, overseeing civil construction sites end-to-end and ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day civil construction activities across project sites
- Plan and monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and labour teams
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards on site
- Report project progress to management and resolve on-site issues promptly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in civil site execution, with project management experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
- Proven ability to manage teams and multiple stakeholders on site
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
