Designation: Product Specialist (PS)
Division Details:
The BabyCare Division primarily focuses on promoting products to Gynaecologists and Paediatricians and major hospitals such as Apollo, Rainbow, Fortis, Cloudnine, and other leading healthcare institutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meet doctors daily to promote company products as per company policy.
- Visit chemists and stockists to ensure stock availability and collect orders and payments.
- Conduct and participate in brand promotion activities such as CMEs, conferences, doctor meets, RTMs, etc.
- Execute the company's promotional strategies and utilize promotional inputs as per company guidelines.
- Maintain regular visit frequency with doctors, hospitals, institutions, chemists, and other customers to strengthen professional relationships and enhance the company's image.
- Support new product launches as per company guidelines and strategies.
- Ensure strong business follow-up with stakeholders and maximize ROI.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets.
- Achieve the monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
