Key Responsibilities1. Property Documentation & Transactions
- Draft, proofread, and organize legal documents, contracts, lease agreements, and property deeds.
- Maintain physical and digital databases of property listings, client interactions, and transaction status updates.
- Assist with end-to-end property registration and compliance processes, including coordinating with local government and legal consultants.
2. Client & Agent Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries regarding property details, viewings, and general concerns.
- Coordinate schedules for agents, property showings, and open houses.
- Collect feedback from clients after site visits and share it with the respective sales or leasing agents.
3. General Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office facilities, ensuring the workplace is clean, maintained, and compliant with safety standards.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, track inventory, and manage vendor relationships.
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange business travel for senior management.
4. Reporting & Marketing Support
- Compile data on local market trends and property values to support sales strategies.
- Assist the marketing team or real estate agents by preparing promotional materials, presentations, and brochures for listings.
Essential Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar administrative or coordination role, preferably within real estate, property management, or construction.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate terminologies, property types, and local real estate laws.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), excellent written and verbal communication, and sharp organizational skills.
Pay: ₹30,090.22 - ₹40,472.79 per month
