Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience who can effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, creating functional documentation, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring successful project delivery in an Agile environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and clients.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and functional specifications.
- Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), and SRS (Software Requirement Specification).
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
- Create workflow diagrams, wireframes, and process flow documentation.
- Develop product requirement documents (PRD) and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure documentation is clear, detailed, and aligned with project scope.
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, UI/UX designers, and project managers.
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks and backlog items.
- Support development teams by clarifying requirements during the project lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog items in JIRA or similar tools.
- Assist QA teams with test cases, UAT support, and acceptance criteria validation.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and technical teams.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, product demos, and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure project deliverables meet business goals and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must hold 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in IT or software development companies.
- Strong experience in business requirement analysis, requirement elicitation, and stakeholder management.
- Skilled in functional documentation, user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, gap analysis, and process mapping.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for web and mobile applications.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, system integrations, REST APIs, backend systems, and frontend technologies.
- Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with documentation tools like Confluence or Notion.
- Familiarity with wireframing and design tools such as Figma or Balsamiq.
- Experience using process mapping tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or Draw.io.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for documentation and reporting.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
