Daily Fuel is a fast-growing corporate cafeteria and food service company serving fresh, hygienic, and delicious meals to employees across corporate offices. We are looking for a passionate and experienced North Indian Chef to join our kitchen team and help us deliver exceptional food every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality North Indian breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals.
- Cook dishes such as parathas, poha, chole bhature, puri sabzi, dal, paneer, rajma, kadhi, mixed vegetables, rice, pulao, biryani, rotis, and other North Indian specialties.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Monitor food quality and freshness.
- Plan daily production based on expected orders.
- Minimize food wastage and control inventory.
- Coordinate with kitchen helpers and support staff.
- Ensure timely preparation and service during peak meal hours.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience as a North Indian Chef in a cafeteria, restaurant, hotel, cloud kitchen, or corporate kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of North Indian cuisine.
- Experience preparing meals in bulk for corporate cafeterias is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Good team player with a positive attitude.
- Punctual, disciplined, and committed to maintaining quality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in preparing both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
- Ability to suggest new menu items.
- Knowledge of inventory management and food costing.
- Experience in handling corporate meal services.
