About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Coordinator – Placements & Community Mobilization to support student mobilization, employer engagement, and placement activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, networking, and coordination skills to ensure successful enrollment of candidates and their placement into suitable job opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Mobilization
- Mobilize students through community outreach, educational institutions, NGOs, self-help groups, and local stakeholders.
- Conduct awareness sessions, career guidance programs, and promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with colleges, training centers, and community organizations.
- Plan and execute mobilization campaigns to achieve enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of mobilized candidates and follow up regularly.
Placement Coordination
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners.
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities.
- Match candidates with suitable employment opportunities based on their skills and interests.
- Track placement progress and ensure successful onboarding of candidates.
- Collect employer feedback and maintain placement reports and documentation.
- Support students with interview preparation, resume building, and workplace readiness.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain candidate databases, placement trackers, and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of training and placement activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in placements, community mobilization, admissions, recruitment, or stakeholder coordination.
- Freshers with excellent communication and networking skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain employer and community relationships.
- Good presentation and public speaking skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to travel locally for mobilization and placement activities.
- Target-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with NGOs, Skill Development Programs, NSDC, CSR projects, educational institutions, or training organizations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
