Role Overview
The Hub Operations Associate supports daily warehouse and dispatch operations to ensure fast, accurate and damage-free fulfilment of solar panels, inverters and BOS products. The role focuses on disciplined inventory handling and smooth dispatch execution.
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily functioning of warehouse and dispatch
- Maintain same-day/24-hour fulfilment reliability
- Enforce strict operational SOP discipline
- Ensure correct storage of solar panels and BOS
- Monitor stock levels and flag shortages
- Plan and supervise daily dispatch
- Ensure safe loading/unloading of fragile panels
- Coordinate with truck driver and delivery helpers
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Act as first escalation point for installers
- Ensure quick order readiness and smooth pickup/delivery
- Resolve operational issues quickly
- Manage ops associates, pickers, helpers and driver
- Allocate daily tasks and shifts
- Prevent damage, theft and mishandling
- Keep hub audit-ready at all times
- Support the sales team by converting leads generated through cold calling and field activities
- Take ownership of additional responsibilities as required in a fast-paced startup environment
Required Experience & Skills
- 1-4 years in warehouse/logistics/distribution operations
- Must own a 2-wheeler for local movement
- Must reside within 10 KM radius of the assigned hub
- Experience managing small teams
Strong inventory and dispatch discipline
Comfortable using operational software/apps
Local market familiarity preferred
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year
