We are looking Head – Projects, Design & Operations from the furniture manufacturing industry
Purpose of the Role
To lead the Design, Project Execution and Operations functions, ensuring seamless coordination from enquiry handover to successful project completion. The role will drive operational excellence, timely execution, customer satisfaction, process improvements and profitability across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple office furniture projects across India from planning to handover.
- Lead project execution, design coordination, production, procurement, logistics, and installation.
- Coordinate with clients, PMCs, architects, and internal teams.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing SOPs, MIS, and process improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely project delivery within budget.
- Monitor project profitability, billing milestones, and client satisfaction.
- Improve operational efficiency while ensuring high-quality execution.
Desired Profile:
- 8–15 years of experience in Office Furniture, Modular Furniture, Interior Fit-outs, or Turnkey Projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience in design coordination, manufacturing, and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ERP/CRM systems, and MS Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (MBA preferred).
