Job Summary:
The Stores Incharge is responsible for managing the overall store operations at the construction site/office, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining records of construction materials, tools, and equipment. The role ensures proper inventory control and timely availability of materials required for project execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations at the site/project.
- Receive materials from vendors and verify quantity and quality as per purchase orders.
- Maintain proper inward and outward material records.
- Ensure safe storage and proper handling of construction materials.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management regarding shortages or reorder requirements.
- Maintain inventory records, stock registers, and material issue slips.
- Coordinate with the procurement and site engineering teams for material requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of GRN (Goods Receipt Note), challans, and invoices.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Handle tools, machinery, and equipment records efficiently.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures at the site/store.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any field
- Experience in construction or real estate industry preferred
Experience:
- 5 t0 8 years of relevant experience as Store Incharge / Store Keeper in construction or real estate projects.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
