About the Role:
Neerart Architects is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Assistant Designer to join our team in Gurugram. You will work closely with the Chief Architect to support ongoing interior design and architectural projects from initial concept through to final execution. This role offers the flexibility of a work-from-home setup combined with active on-the-ground involvement. You will be instrumental in driving forward our diverse portfolio of ongoing projects, which includes vibrant commercial F&B outlets (such as live juice bars, cafes, and restaurants) as well as premium residential revamps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing design concepts, space planning, and layout preparations.
- Create and draft detailed 2D/3D drawings, renderings, and client presentations.
- Support the sourcing and selection of materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
- Help coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and organize design libraries.
Technical Skills:
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year (Freshers with at least 6 months of practical experience/internship will also be considered).
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar).
- A strong understanding of materials, finishes, and current design trends.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Requirements:
- Must currently reside in Gurugram, Delhi, or Noida, or be ready to relocate to these areas after a month .
- A dedicated, distraction-free home workspace with a reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection is mandatory.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work or strong academic projects.
