Broad Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team.
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
- Aid the promoters in making investing decisions for growth and market leadership
- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important stake holders.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the International and Indian markets and industry
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience in a managerial position – preferably middle or senior management level responsibilities in an Industry having about 500 to 1000 work force.
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
- Analytical abilities and Proficient in using MS Office, ERP Tools and data analysis platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills & motivating teams.
- Proven ability to meet top line and bottom line.
Qualification, Experience & Remuneration:
- Qualification: BE /B Tech, ME, M Tech /MBA /MS. (Preferably: Mechanical Engineer)
- Age: 35-45 years. Preferably from Karnataka/ TN, AP & Maharashtra.
- Experience in handling large size workforce preferably in export-oriented fabrication and other manufacturing industry with experience in welding technology & product quality in finishing.
- Remuneration: (30 Lakhs PA Plus other benefits)
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹290,000.00 per month
