1. Marketing Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy.
- Lead and manage the marketing team.
- Plan campaigns to increase brand awareness and business growth.
- Set marketing targets and monitor team performance.
- Coordinate with management, sales, and other departments.
- Identify new market opportunities and growth strategies.
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in strategic marketing and business development.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and IT services is an advantage.
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing / Business Development
2. Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage and coordinate the marketing team.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Support lead generation and business development activities.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Help achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong marketing and team coordination skills.
- Experience in campaign management and lead generation.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing / Sales / Business Development
3. Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day marketing and promotional activities.
- Generate and follow up on potential business leads.
- Assist with client communication and relationship management.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and business development activities.
- Support the team in achieving marketing and sales targets.
