- Master’s degree in English or a relevant subject from a recognized university.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong knowledge of English grammar, literature, and language pedagogy.
- Excellent classroom-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Effective lesson planning and assessment skills.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred.
- Freshers with the required qualifications and strong teaching skills may also be considered.
