Job Summary
Bake N Shake is hiring an experienced Counter Executive / Cashier to manage front counter operations, billing, and customer service. Candidates with prior experience in a Café, Hotel, Restaurant, Bakery, or QSR will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and take orders professionally.
- Handle billing through POS systems and manage cash, UPI, and card payments.
- Ensure accurate billing and cash reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for timely order delivery.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
- Follow company SOPs and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Counter Executive or Cashier.
- Experience in a Café, Hotel, Restaurant, Bakery, or QSR is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of POS billing software and MS Office.
- Good communication, customer handling, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
