Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities, manage workers, monitor work progress, and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company requirements.
The ideal candidate should have good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily activities at the site.
- Allocate work to workers and ensure proper manpower utilization.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, and management.
- Ensure that work is carried out according to company standards and instructions.
- Monitor the availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain daily attendance and work records of workers.
- Identify and report site-related issues to management.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the site.
- Monitor compliance with safety rules and procedures.
- Check the quality of work and ensure that required standards are maintained.
- Maintain daily site reports and submit updates to management.
- Handle basic site-level problems and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure discipline and proper conduct among workers at the site.
Required Skills
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and supervise workers effectively.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of site operations and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th pass; Diploma/Graduate candidates will be preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Candidates with experience in construction, maintenance, facility management, manufacturing, or other site-based operations will be preferred.
- Must be responsible, punctual, and willing to work at the site as required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
