Staff Management & Operations
- Assign daily tasks and cleaning zones
- Create shift schedules and cover staff shortages
- Conduct daily briefings and provide hands-on training
- Monitor team performance and assist with cleaning when needed
Quality Control & Inspection
- Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation rules
- Report maintenance or repair issues promptly
- Verify room readiness and proper setup of amenities
Inventory & Guest Services
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning products and linens
- Order new supplies and issue equipment to staff
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints
- Coordinate with the front desk and maintenance departments
- Maintain Laundry work.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
