We are looking for someone who can train, mentor, and inspire students by improving their communication skills, personality development, professional etiquette, and workplace readiness.
Location Preference:
Dehradun Candidates preferred

Position: Personality Development Trainer

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed Off
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging soft skills training sessions for students and professionals
- Train students on communication skills, confidence building, and personality development
- Improve students' speaking skills, presentation skills, and interview preparation
- Conduct activities, role plays, group discussions, and practical learning sessions
- Prepare training material, presentations, and activities as per student requirements
- Provide feedback and guidance to students for continuous improvement
- Help students become industry-ready with professional skills
- Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and teaching abilities
- Confident personality with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle classroom training sessions
- Passion for mentoring and helping students grow
- Good understanding of professional communication and workplace behavior
Preferred Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in Soft Skills Training / Personality Development / Communication Training preferred
- Strong communication skills and passion for teaching can also apply
