Job Description :
- Plan and supervise daily refractory manufacturing operations.
- Monitor raw material preparation, batching, mixing, pressing, drying, firing, and finishing processes.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Analyze production data and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize equipment downtime.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Train and mentor production operators and supervisors.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Support new product development and process validation activities.
