About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and technically skilled Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM systems, workflow automation, APIs, integrations, and Agile methodologies while driving scalable business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Design and document workflows, process maps, system diagrams, and integration architectures.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed business requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams during sprint planning, grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Perform dependency mapping, impact analysis, and workflow optimization.
- Support API integration initiatives and technical solution discussions.
- Work closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams on prioritization and roadmap planning.
- Ensure systems remain scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
Required Skills & Experience
✔ 4+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.
✔ Strong understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies.
✔ Experience with SaaS products, CRM platforms, ERP systems, or workflow automation tools.
✔ Practical knowledge of JavaScript and middleware/integration layers.
✔ Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
✔ Experience with UAT, Sandbox, Staging, and Production environments.
✔ Knowledge of dependency mapping, impact analysis, and system documentation.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to cloud-based or serverless environments.
- Background in CRM, ERP, Enterprise SaaS, Solar, FinTech, or Logistics domains.
- Experience working with international stakeholders.
