Hotel Chenthur Park is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused F&B Captain to oversee restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest service, and lead the service team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant and banquet service operations.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth food and beverage service.
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Take orders and ensure timely service.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per hotel policies.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance.
- Support sales by promoting menu items and special offers.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as an F&B Captain or Restaurant Captain in a hotel or restaurant.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
