We are expanding our team and seeking a driven Business Developer who can identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leads, and potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Pitch company services and solutions to potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings. Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies. Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches for clients. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align outreach strategies. Achieve assigned sales/business targets and report progress to management. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Confident and persuasive approach to client interactions. Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and business development strategies. Ability to research and identify potential business opportunities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Ability to manage multiple leads and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Prior internship or experience in sales, business development, or client relations is a plus.
