Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Preparation and submission of PPAP documents to customer.
2. Preparation of FAS reports, Inspection report, CP, PFMEA, MSA, etc.
3. Gauges, fixture, development during new project to reduce inspection time and ensure quality.
4. Awareness and training on process and product requirement to the inspectors and operators.
5. Preparation inspection standard, AOI, work instruction.
6. Preparation in MSA study and preparation of MSA study report.
7. Coordination with development team for correction, and verification of parts during NPD production.
