Role Summary
We are looking for a results-driven professional to manage retreat partner acquisition, performance marketing, CRM-based conversions and customer engagement across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard and manage Ayurvedic retreat partners.
- Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta, SEO and email campaigns.
- Analyse customer funnels and improve lead-to-booking conversions.
- Manage CRM follow-ups, chat enquiries and telephony channels.
- Monitor promotions, pricing and partner service standards.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development or Growth.
- Experience in Travel Tech, E-commerce, Hospitality, Wellness or marketplace businesses preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM, web analytics and digital advertising platforms.
- Strong English communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
