Assistant Manager (FIA)
We are looking for a highly skilled Reagent & Membrane Specialist to join our team as a Sr.Executive or Assistant Manager. This role is critical to our Fluorescence Immunoassay (FIA) production line at our IMT Manesar facility.
Role Overview
Designation: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager (FIA)
Experience: 6–7 Years
Education: B.Tech (Biotech), BSc, or MSc
Location: IMT Manesar, Gurugram
What You’ll Do As a key leader in the FIA section, you will oversee the technical and quality aspects of membrane processing and reagent handling. Your responsibilities include:
Process Mastery: Reagent preparation, coating, drying, and lamination process management.
Specialized Handling: Expert preparation of membranes, nitrocellulose, and polymer substrates.
Machinery Oversight: Hands-on experience with Membrane Coating Machines, Dip & Dry, and Lamination Machines.
Quality Control: Monitoring quality metrics via control charts and variability analysis.
Compliance: Ensuring 100% adherence to GMP, ISO 13485, and cleanroom protocols.
Documentation: Managing accurate production and inspection data, and preparing audit-ready reports.
What We’re Looking For
Extensive experience in high-volume medical device or biotech production.
Strong time-management skills to meet production targets.
Technical expertise in reagent chemistry and lamination technologies.
Proven ability to handle regulatory audits and technical reporting.
