This role includes, but is not limited to:
- Supporting the coordination of projects from start to finish
- Assisting with building and maintaining project timelines and task lists
- Helping track project progress and flagging delays or issues
- Supporting order processing, pricing, and quote creation
- Coordinating with internal team members, vendors, and suppliers
- Keeping project information organized and up to date
- Assisting in improving workflows and internal processes over time
- Helping ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are accurate
