We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR documentation, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidate resumes.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters and employment contracts.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Help track attendance, leave records, and HR reports.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
- Familiarity with HRMS or ATS is an advantage.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
