W we are looking for a highly capable professional to join the Office of the Board and drive execution of business priorities across the organization.
Position Summary
The Manager – Office of the Board (Strategy & Executive Operations) will serve as the strategic coordination and execution partner to the Board Members.
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. The position requires an individual capable of driving business execution, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, monitoring strategic projects, supporting corporate governance, and ensuring timely implementation of Board decisions across the organization.
The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership, customers, consultants, auditors, government authorities, certification agencies, and international business partners while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities1. Board Office Management
- Manage calendars and schedules Board Members.
- Coordinate Board Meetings, Executive Committee Meetings, Leadership Meetings, and Strategy Reviews.
- Prepare Board agendas, meeting schedules, and supporting Presentations documents.
- Record Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and monitor closure of action items.
- Maintain Board resolutions, confidential records, and executive documentation.
- Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive business information.
- Organize domestic and international travel, visas, accommodation, itineraries, and logistics for Board Members.
2. Strategic Execution & Project Management
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives assigned by the Board.
- Maintain organization-wide project dashboards.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely completion of strategic initiatives.
- Escalate risks, delays, and critical issues to senior leadership.
- Prepare periodic project status reports for Board review.
- Ensure implementation of Board decisions across all business functions.
3. Board Governance & Corporate Administration
- Coordinate Board Meetings and Committee Meetings.
- Prepare Board Notes, Executive Summaries, and Management Presentations.
- Coordinate with the Company Secretary for Board documentation and governance requirements.
- Support statutory, legal, compliance, and governance activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of Board communications and strategic business information.
- Ensure proper documentation and archival of Board records.

Coordinate and follow up with:

Ensure seamless communication between departments and the Board Office while monitoring execution of key business priorities.
5. Business Development & Strategic Support
Support Board Members in:
- Networking Meetings
- Customer meetings scheduled plans PAN India
- International sourcing
- Supplier negotiations
- Business expansion projects
- Corporate presentations
- Business proposals
- Industry exhibitions and conferences
- MIS of Reports of all the departments
- Business Analytics and Dashboard
6. Executive Communication
- Draft professional business correspondence.
- Prepare Board presentations and executive reports.
- Develop management dashboards and MIS.
- Prepare speeches, strategic notes, briefing papers, and executive summaries.
- Review important business documents before submission.
- Coordinate executive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
7. MIS, Analytics & Digital Systems
- Prepare weekly and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Develop KPI and KRA dashboards.
- Maintain Board reporting dashboards.
- Monitor organization-wide action trackers.
- Utilize project management software for tracking deliverables.
- Leverage AI tools for meeting transcription, document summarization, research, and productivity enhancement.
8. Travel, Events & Protocol
- Coordinate domestic and international business travel.
- Arrange visas, hotels, transportation, and executive itineraries.
- Coordinate Board meetings, investor visits, customer visits, plant visits, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Manage executive logistics and protocol for VIP visitors.
- Accompany Board Members during business travel whenever required.
9. Stakeholder Management
Coordinate effectively with:

Maintain strong professional relationships while representing the Office of the Board.
10. Continuous Improvement

- Improve executive office processes and workflows.
- Standardize reporting formats and documentation.
- Develop SOPs for Board Office operations.
- Drive operational excellence and administrative efficiency.

- 10–20 years of experience supporting Chairpersons, CEOs, Founders, Executive Directors, or Board Members.
- Experience in manufacturing, recycling, engineering, polymers, chemicals, automotive, metals, or industrial sectors.
- Exposure to strategic planning, project management, procurement, international sourcing, business development, or corporate governance.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and large-scale business initiatives.
- Proven ability to independently manage executive priorities and organizational follow-up.
EducationMandatory
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
Preferred
- MBA / PGDM / Master's Degree in Management or Business Administration.

Travel Requirement
- Frequent travel to manufacturing units across India ,
- Domestic travel across India.
- International travel as required for business meetings, exhibitions, customer visits, sourcing activities, and strategic partnerships. Should have International Travel Experience
