Job Summary
Centreal Bazaar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Trainer to lead learning and development initiatives across our FMCG retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee performance, operational excellence, customer service, and leadership capabilities across stores.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver induction, functional, and behavioral training programs for store employees.
- Conduct classroom, on-the-job, and virtual training sessions for Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Cashiers, Customer Service Associates, and other retail staff.
- Develop training calendars, modules, presentations, SOPs, and assessment materials.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and store performance metrics.
- Continuously improve training content based on business needs and operational changes.
Required Skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG retail operations.
- Expertise in adult learning methodologies and training delivery.
- Leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Willingness to travel extensively across store locations.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
